Landmark started as a conversation between friends who saw the same problem from different perspectives.

Carlo spent 10 years in Silicon Valley building software companies, watching technology transform how industries operate. His work focused on workflow automation, streamlining the way teams manage complex projects across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Sam, meanwhile, was boots-on-the-ground in West Palm Beach, leading the development of Nora, a 15-acre mixed-use district bringing a new pedestrian neighborhood to life through historic preservation, modern architecture, and thoughtful public space.

Through Nora, Sam experienced firsthand just how creative, high-stakes, and human this work really is. Real estate development is a marathon of vision, capital, and coordination - and it’s one of the few industries where your work can reshape the future of a city block by block.
